This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Legal Terms”) and should be read alongside our main Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Legal Terms, please refrain from using our Services. Your continued use of our Services implies acceptance of these Legal Terms.

This Policy applies to any and all:

  • Uses of our Services (as defined in the Legal Terms)
  • Forms, materials, consent tools, comments, posts, and all other content available on the Services (“Content”)
  • Material you contribute to the Services, including uploads, posts, reviews, ratings, comments, and chat (“Contribution”)

We are Innertune Media Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), registered in Canada at 1245 Boul Jean-Baptiste-Rolland O., Saint-Jerome, Quebec, J7Y 4Y7. We operate innertune.com, the Innertune: Listen Affirmations app, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

When you use the Services you warrant that you will comply with this Policy and all applicable laws.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Systematically gather data or content from the Services to create databases or directories without written permission
  • Make automated use of the Services, including collecting email addresses for unsolicited messaging or creating accounts by automated means
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Services
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, especially to obtain sensitive account information
  • Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct
  • Engage in automated use such as scripts, data mining, robots, or similar extraction tools
  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile any part of the Services, except as expressly permitted by law
  • Attempt to bypass any access restriction measures on the Services
  • Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten our employees or agents
  • Delete copyright or other proprietary rights notices from any Content
  • Copy or adapt the Services' software, including but not limited to PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code
  • Upload or transmit viruses, trojans, spyware, or other malicious code
  • Use spyware, pixel trackers, web bugs, or similar passive collection mechanisms
  • Disparage, tarnish, or harm Innertune or the Services
  • Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use a purchasing agent to make purchases on the Services
  • Resell goods or services through the Services

Subscriber Restrictions

If you subscribe to our Services, you additionally may not:

  • Engage in any unauthorized use, copying, redistribution, or retransmission of any part of the Services without prior written consent
  • Reconstruct or discover any source code or algorithms of the Services
  • Provide or make available the Services to any third party
  • Interfere with data not intended for you
  • Damage, reveal, or alter any user's data or any other hardware, software, or information belonging to another person

Respect for Others

Please engage respectfully with all members of the community. Personal attacks, harassment, and hate speech will not be tolerated. Be kind and considerate in your interactions — a diverse community of opinions and backgrounds enriches our conversations.

Contributions

We may but are under no obligation to review or moderate Contributions made on the Services. We expressly exclude liability for any loss or damage resulting from a user's breach of this Policy.

You warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary licenses and permissions for your Contributions and to authorize us to use them
  • All Contributions comply with applicable laws and are original and true
  • Your Contributions do not infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret of any third party
  • You have verifiable consent from all identifiable individuals appearing in your Contributions

You may not post Contributions that:

  • Breach applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or contractual obligations
  • Are defamatory, deceptive, offensive, harassing, bullying, abusive, or threatening
  • Are false, inaccurate, or misleading
  • Include child sexual abuse material or content that exploits minors
  • Solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18

Prohibited Goods and Services

You must not use our Services to offer, promote, sell, or distribute:

  • Items that promote or facilitate illegal activity
  • Cigarettes, controlled substances, narcotics, steroids, or drug paraphernalia
  • Regulated knives, weapons, firearms, or ammunition
  • Sexually oriented materials or services
  • Stolen goods or fraudulent products
  • Any transaction requiring pre-approval without having obtained it

Reviews and Ratings

When your Contribution is a review or rating, you additionally agree that:

  • You have firsthand experience with the service, software, or playlist being reviewed
  • Your Contribution is true to your honest assessment
  • You are not affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews
  • You will not post false or misleading statements
  • You will not organize campaigns encouraging others to post reviews, positive or negative

Reporting Violations

For intellectual property or DMCA copyright infringement notices, email dmca@innertune.com. For other policy violations, email report@innertune.com or visit innertune.com/support.

Enforcement

The consequences for violating this Policy vary depending on severity and history. We may issue a warning and/or remove the infringing Contribution. For serious or repeated violations, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access, disable your account, notify law enforcement, or initiate legal proceedings.

If you believe Content or a Contribution was mistakenly removed, contact us and we will promptly review our decision. We disclaim any liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this Policy.

Governing Law

This Policy is incorporated into and governed by our Terms & Conditions. Disputes arising under this Policy are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in Section 22 of our Terms & Conditions.
