SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (the “SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the Innertune Affirmations text messaging program (the “Program”) operated by Innertune Media Inc. (“Innertune,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting your mobile phone number through our opt-in form at innertune.com/sms and checking the consent box, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms & Conditions.
1. Program Description
The Program delivers recurring automated marketing text messages to subscribers, consisting of two message categories:
- Daily affirmations: A short, hand-picked positive affirmation, typically delivered each morning.
- Product updates: Occasional announcements about new Innertune features, content, or offerings.
2. How to Subscribe
To subscribe, visit innertune.com/sms, enter your mobile phone number, check the box indicating you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Innertune, and submit the form. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old, the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you submit, and a resident of the United States.
3. Message Frequency
You will receive approximately one (1) message per day for daily affirmations, plus occasional product update messages. Total message volume is capped at up to thirty (30) messages per month. Actual frequency may vary.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received under the Program, depending on your wireless carrier plan. Innertune does not charge any separate fee for participation in the Program. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
5. How to Opt Out (Cancel)
You may cancel your subscription at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, we will send you a single confirmation message and you will receive no further marketing messages from the Program. You may re-subscribe at any time by completing the opt-in form again at innertune.com/sms.
6. How to Get Help
For help, reply HELP or INFO to any message, or contact us at support@innertune.com. A reply to HELP will include the program name, our customer support contact information, and a reminder of how to opt out.
7. Supported Carriers
The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and others. Innertune and the participating wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability and message delivery are not guaranteed.
8. Your Privacy & Mobile Information Sharing
We collect, use, and protect your mobile phone number and SMS-related information as described in our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subprocessors is limited to what is strictly necessary to operate the Program (for example, with our SMS delivery provider, Twilio Inc.), and those subprocessors are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own marketing.
9. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must (a) be at least 18 years of age, (b) be the account holder or have the express permission of the account holder of the mobile phone number you submit, and (c) reside in the United States. Numbers outside the United States are not currently supported.
10. Consent to Automated Messaging
By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Innertune sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology, at the mobile phone number you provide. You acknowledge and agree that such consent is not a condition of any purchase of Innertune products or services.
11. Changes to the Program or These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or change these SMS Terms, at any time, with or without notice. Material changes to these SMS Terms will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED ON TIME OR AT ALL, OR THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Innertune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your participation in the Program, including, without limitation, undelivered messages, charges imposed by your wireless carrier, or unauthorized access to your device.
14. Governing Law
These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Dispute resolution is governed by Section 22 of our Terms & Conditions.
